Frog development stages

  1. The Adult Stage: The final stage of frog development is the adult stage. After metamorphosis, the frog has four legs and lungs for breathing air. Adult frogs leave the water and move onto land, where they continue to grow and develop. Adult frogs eat insects, small animals, and other frogs. They may live for several years, depending on the species.
